We both enjoy speaking to groups & community members on the role of the self-transformation & the Science of Spirituality in all things life. We have previously spoken in spiritual centers, substance use recovery centers, mental health centers & wellness centers.

We also enjoy attending community events and providing a booth where we can chat with and connect to the community in an informal environment. 

We enjoy meeting with people individually to be mentors and guides on this journey. We work with people who are motivated and ready to be honest with themselves so that they may begin making the lasting changes required for their soulful growth! With support from their pick of Sol or Maeve; we provide a safe, understanding & non-judgmental container where they can explore their concerns, personal habits and be held accountable in moving forward.

We host community workshops in a variety of ways that provide the attendee's with an experiential learning opportunity to embody the lessons taught. This also works for teams that are struggling with trust, cohesion and effeciency.

These include; Acrylic Pour Parties where attendee's create their own acrylic pour painting by choosing their own colors and pouring the paint to see what shows up on the canvas for them!

We also offer women's circles for all; maidens, mothers & chrones. One example of this would be the yoni-steam parties offering in private homes for women and their closest friends/family. As well as pregnancy and birth work for women and their families.

In all of our workshops we include spiritual practices such as breath-work, connection, silence, singing/dancing/music to showcase the knowledge via openning and closing ceremonies.

We provide free online teachings through Youtube currently (link below). And via downloadable journals or our books!
