These sessions are a blend of modalities crafted over 10+ yrs of experience in psychology & studying holistic wellness & the Natural world. In session, I will assist you with going inward to transmute and transform the space that you desire to clear & replace with a higher frequency.
These sessions are meant for those who are spiritually adept in the sense that they are ready to "do the work," are able to use introspection, self-soothing & follow the trail of their own intuition. You will be actively participating in the process, such as moving your body and expressing yourself through vocalization. We follow your lead & I support the energy field with practices, rituals, noise & movement as necessary.
With a comfortable but not overwhelming 90 minutes, we have time to meet in the conscious world, then we move into the unseen, liminal spaces for most of the session. At the end, we will bring you back into conscious and grounded awareness. Finally, we’ll integrate the lessons into thought form during a peaceful walk.These sessions are dynamic, intuitive and unique to you. Some people express afterwards that it was similar to a shamanic journey, somatic embodiment or an eclectic blend of coaching in real time.
